At Everhome Designs, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service, every time. We offer FREE shipping on most products. We work with several reliable partners to ensure your furniture will be delivered by experienced delivery professionals. We will not charge your account until your order has shipped, with the exception of payments over the phone.

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY
Once your furniture has arrived at the local terminal, you will be notified that items are ready for delivery. At the time of scheduling, please notify Everhome Designs of any special requirements necessary to ensure a successful delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances and gated entry access.
Inside deliveries cost more to ship and handle and require additional delivery support, thus incurring a surcharge.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location.
Our delivery professionals are not permitted to move furniture currently in your home. To facilitate delivery, please clear the space where furniture or rugs will be placed prior to delivery.
An authorized individual must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt.
In the event of any imperfection noted at the time of delivery, Everhome Designs will replace the item at no charge to you upon receiving photos of proof. Contact Us for more information.
Items not shipping via Freight Delivery, including certain smaller furniture items, will generally be shipped via UPS or FEDEX and arrive in 3-7 business days.
